Description

Imperthane Membrana PUR is available in clear and colored; it hardens to an elastic and continuous coating.

With the elastic polyurethane membrane - Imperthane PUR® you can achieve aliquid waterproofing that when polymerized forms a cold-applied elastomeric polyurethane membrane. The membrane hardens to form an elastic and continuous coating, in the form of a membrane adhered to the substrate, continuous and weather resistant. Not emulsifiable in water, it can be in permanent contact. It does not require reinforcement based on meshes or felts (geotextile) except in singular points such as sharp edges, edges or expansion joints. This membrane, available in various colors, can be applied on different types of surfaces(concrete, mortar, brick, fiber cement, ceramic tiles, bituminous products, steel, zinc, aluminum on balconies, terraces, bathrooms (showers), kitchens and interiors with difficult access, pavements with pedestrian traffic, bleachers, grandstands, stairs, canals and water tanks.

Application data

  • Recommended dry thickness 1 mm in two coats
  • Airless" spray gun: Nozzle pressure: 150 kg/m² Nozzle diameter: 0.5 - 1 mm. Compression ratio: 50 : 1 Application angle: 40 - 80 degrees. Dilution: 0 - 5%.
  • Brush / Roller: Dilution: 5% by volume.
  • Solvent /Cleaning Solvent Synthetic Solvent

Drying and recoating times
