Certified product with resistance to pedestrian traffic: P3 classification according to ETAG 005 - EOTA tests for liquid waterproofing systems.
Description
Aliphatic polyurethane membrane with high resistance to outdoor conditions.
Elastic waterproofing membrane based on aliphatic polyurethane. When dry it forms a homogeneous and flexible film, resistant to elongation and with good cohesion. Water-based, single-component product.
Polyurethane for roofs and floors, technical characteristics and main advantages:
- No shrinkage (no shrinkage from wet to dry)
- Solvent-free
- High outdoor stability
- Passable termination
- Touch-drying (23ºC) 3 - 4 h; Recoating (23ºC) 12 h; Total drying 4 - 5 days
Other uses of this aliphatic polyurethane:
- In the restoration of roofs in poor condition with problems of leaks and damp areas in general.
- Terraces without large slopes where water accumulates at specific points.
- Terraces with planters or plants that continuously wet the surface.
- For party walls or walls in contact with water(continuous gardens, laundries, slaughterhouses...).
- As a finish for rubber waterproofed terraces.
How should this elastic polyurethane elastic polyurethane membrane?
- Apply one coat by roller, brush or airless spray gun.
- Install Fiberglass MAT 100 or 200.
- Apply an abundant coat of membrane completely covering the fiberglass.
- Apply a final coat of water-based polyurethane membrane.
Remarks
- Before applying a new coat, make sure that the previous one is dry to the touch.
- The substrates must be firm, dry and free of old paint or other impurities.
- In situations where you have a surface on which we do not know what product has been previously applied, we recommend using, as a primer, our Waterborne Epoxy Binder, which can be purchased from this product sheet.
