APPLICATION DATA
- Mixing ratio: 4:1 Volume
- Mixing life: 5ºC: 6 h / 20ºC: 4 h / 30ºC 2 h
- Recommended thickness: Wet: 80 micron Dry: 40 micron
- Surface temperature Minimum: 10ºC Maximum: 40ºC
- Theoretical Coverage: 12 m² / liter at 40 microns dry.
- Airless" gun: Pressure at nozzle: 120-180 bar. Nozzle diameter: 0.38-0.53 mm. Application angle: 40-80 degrees. Dilution: 5% by volume.
- Spray gun: Pressure: 3 - 5 bar. Nozzle diameter: 1,2 -1,5 mm. Dilution: 10% in volume.
- Brush/Roller: Dilution: 5-10% by volume.
- Thinner / cleaner: Polyurethane thinner ( avoid excessive dilution).
