Applications
- Special enamel for painting many types of surfaces where an imitation wood finish is desired.
- It is suitable for protecting and decorating all types of metal, mineral or wooden surfaces such as doors, windows, furniture, beams or garden furniture, both indoors and outdoors.
- As it is a synthetic enamel with antirust action and due to the degree of protection it confers, it allows direct painting on steel surfaces under very specific conditions.

Instructions for use
- Ready to use product. It is not necessary to dilute, except when necessary due to application conditions.
- If the application requires it, dilute 5% with White Spirit, turpentine or universal solvent.
- Stir until the contents of the container are homogenized.
- Apply using a trowel at a thickness of no more than 30-35 dry microns per coat, trying to make continuous strokes in the same direction of the grain and creating undulations to create the wood effect.
- Rework before drying using a squeegeed trowel with uneven tips to obtain a more intense veining effect.
- In most cases only a single coat will be necessary, except in applications exposed to the exterior, where two coats are recommended for greater protection.
Treatment of the support
- It can be applied directly on unprimed steel surfaces. The surface must be completely degreased, free of loose materials, clean and dry at the time of application.
- Iron and steel: Remove rust and degrease the surface. Apply a coat of Europrimer E-500.
- Galvanized, aluminum, zinc: Apply one coat of Wash-Primer or Eurotex solvent based multipurpose primer.
- Wood: Sand, clean and prime with Novo-Lack Synthetic Sealer. Sand lightly and remove dust before applying Novolack Wood Effect.
Maintenance:
- Perform compatibility test for application on old paints.
- If the current paint has good adhesion, sand lightly before repainting.
- If the surface is in poor condition, all old paint must be removed, the flaws and irregularities must be repaired and the surface must be treated as if it were new.
