How to use Eurotex glossy enamel:

New Surfaces

      • Sand the surface to be treated to open the pores.
      • Remove any dirt, grease, poorly adhered rust and coatings using solvent or paint stripper.
      • Apply two coats of enamel with a total thickness of about 60 µm, (30 µm per coat), leaving between coats the necessary time for drying.
      • Avoid splashing and the use of abrasive elements at least 3 to 5 days after application.

Surfaces already painted

    • In the case of repainting, if the substrate to be repainted is in good condition, remove any remaining grease or dirt adhered.
    • Open the pores with a fine grain sandpaper, remove the remains with a damp cloth, dry and apply one or two coats of the enamel, according to needs.
    • If the substrate is very deteriorated, remove any remaining paint by means of a paint stripper, mechanical or thermal systems.
    • Apply two coats of enamel with a total thickness of about 60-100 µm, (30-50 µm per coat), leaving between coats the necessary time for drying.
    • Avoid splashing and the use of abrasive elements after at least 3 to 5 days.
