How to use Waterborne Polyurethane Activator Additive
The dosage of PU Activator Additive can range from 0.5 to 2% in polyurethane systems where it is desired to increase the adhesion on inorganic substrates. Add the recommended amount and mix with the polyurethane(membranes or paints) until the components are homogenized. It is only necessary to mix the PU activator additive in the first coat of the system. It is recommended to incorporate the product just before the application, since in some cases and according to the multiple applications that the product may have, it could reduce the average life of the formulated product. PU Activator Additive is ready to use and is easily dispersible in water, this additive can also be used in solvent based systems by previous test of compatibility and adhesion.
